This dramatic remodel design, totally changed the character of this home. The homeowners needed a more spacious and functional design for their growing family. A major addition was designed by Gene at Abacus Design, then was built by a local contractor. Some special features to this design are the addition of the trellis over the garage to offset height of the two story addition, as well as the architectural elements, (custom knee braces) on the exterior front. The addition of the columns to the porch as well as the curved entry add a distinctive style to this home.
